brand: adopt Lightwell aperture as the Hope brand mark

Browse Source 
- web/brand/hope-mark.svg: canonical adaptive mark (light/dark)
- web/brand/hope-logo-horizontal.svg: lockup with rounded wordmark
- web/brand/hope-icon.svg: forced-dark icon-grid-tuned source
- favicon.svg: small-size tuned aperture
- manifest + index.html: PNG icons (192/512), apple-touch-icon, theme #1C191F
