Rename attachment folder from .pi-web/paste to .pi-web/attachments

Attachments can be pasted, dropped, or uploaded, so 'paste' was too
narrow. Rename the default folder and filename prefix accordingly and
update the changeset reference.

Add image attachments to the chat composer.
