• On startup, read docs/PROJECT_STATUS.md before planning or changing this project. It is the current handoff report and records decisions, completed work, verification, deployment dependencies, and remaining tasks.
• Keep docs/PROJECT_STATUS.md updated as work progresses, especially after implementation, testing, deployment, or changes to blockers and user decisions. Distinguish verified results from assumptions, and update it before handing off or committing material changes.
• If using XcodeBuildMCP, use the installed XcodeBuildMCP skill before calling XcodeBuildMCP tools.
